Free Base Castle Tile Set

    This set was made for you to use as a base for any project that needs castle tiles. It is also meant to help you in learning how to use Tiled to create your own custom tile sets with the tutorial and component image provided.

    It is meant to be used in the Tiled Map Editor program which can be downloaded for free here: http://www.mapeditor.org/

    The "basic" tile set that is shown in the screenshot is 15 x 20 tiles at 256 pixels each so you can resize them to your current project size.

Intended Usage

    Although a "base" tile set is ready for you to use as shown the intended use is for you to use the "components" to create your own custom tiles via Tiled's layer system. A tutorial Word doc has been included to shown you how this is done. This is meant to help you learn to work smart so you don't waste your precious time.
